Our story

Mill Creek Bagel Company was born from a deep-rooted connection to a charming midwestern town, nestled beside the serene waters of Mill Creek. Our founders grew up just a stone’s throw from this picturesque tributary, where the creek’s shallow, sandy bed and warm waters offered a soft, welcoming touch. Many summers were spent exploring the creek’s rocky shores, fostering a sense of wonder and joy. It is this same sense of wonder that inspired the founding of Mill Creek Bagel Company in 2023, bringing a taste of nostalgia and craftsmanship to every bagel we bake.
